Territory Manager - Colorado/Utah Reports to: VP of Sales & Marketing Location: Ideally based in Denver or Colorado Springs (Remote) Travel: 75-100% (including nights away from home) Location Note We prefer candidates based in Denver or Colorado Springs , but we're open to other locations as long as you can consistently travel and serve both Colorado and Utah effectively. We focus exclusively on everything above the deck, from aluminum and cable rail systems to lighting, gates, and accessories. For over 20 years, we've helped our channel partners grow by delivering premium railing solutions, innovative product lines, and a repeatable sales process that drives results. Whether it's helping a builder find a better way to install a rail, guiding a dealer through a complex quote, or ensuring a contractor meets a deadline, our sales process is built around being resourceful, responsive, and reliable. The Role We're looking for a driven, coachable Territory Manager who's hungry to learn and ready to hit the road. This is a field-based sales role that blends complex pursuits with transactional sales. You'll work directly with dealers, builders, and contractors to uncover problems and deliver solutions that lead to long-term growth. What You 'll Do * Own and grow a multi-state territory covering Colorado and Utah * Travel 3-4 days per week (including nights away from home) to meet with dealers and jobsite partners * Follow our structured sales process focused on identifying challenges and delivering value * Run effective meetings with decision-makers, showroom staff, and field pros * Convert new deck builders and contractors to our brands and programs * Place, build, and maintain displays and merchandising in dealer showrooms * Collaborate with inside sales and vendor teams to close the loop and support execution * Track and report on pipeline progress, opportunities, and key market activity What We 're Looking For * Hustler's mindset with a strong desire to win and grow * A natural problem-solver who listens well and acts with urgency * Willingness to learn and apply a proven sales methodology (we provide training) * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Self-disciplined, organized, and comfortable working independently on the road * Tech-savvy with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and mobile productivity apps * 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (building materials a plus but not required) * Comfortable in jobsite environments and capable of light hands-on work with tools and displays Perks & Pay * This role includes a base salary, uncapped commission structure, and potential for performance-based bonuses. * 401(k), health and dental benefits, PTO, paid holidays * Vehicle and travel expense reimbursement * Ongoing training, development, and industry support Ready to solve problems, not just sell products?
