A few things to get out of the way real quick. * This role requires you to be in-person based out of our Kansas City metro area and our office located in Leawood (66206) * You'll need your own, reliable car or truck to travel to job sites in the surrounding area * You must be available during the day and occasional evenings/weekends to meet with homeowners and property owners. And if you have any construction experience this will set you apart. *What you 'll be doing: *Sales & Lead Generation * Door knock and call to get new homeowner leads * Conduct property inspections and generate job scopes * Prepare and deliver professional estimates using company software * Prospect and network to generate new leads * Build long-term relationships through follow-up and top level customer service * Represent the company at community and industry events Job Management + Support * Educate homeowners and property managers about roofing systems, storm damage, and repair/replacement options * Submit project details and client handoff to production team * Guide clients through the insurance claims process * Follow up post-project to ensure client satisfaction Why you should be interested in this role: This is a job that has the potential to change the trajectory of not only your bank account, but your leadership and impact. You're the first call, the trusted advisor, and the guide our clients rely on during perhaps one of the most stressful situations in their life. Yes, you bring in the business, but more than that, you build trust and elevate the client experience from day one. The company doesn't grow without you. You are the bridge between the clients, vendors, outsourced staff, and the VS team to make sure our clients are taken care of. Compensation: This is a contractor (1099) role that is unlike anything you have seen with other roofing companies that will be transitioning into a W2 role after 90 days. * Uncapped commission structure with average first-year earnings between $62,000-$131,000+ * Weekly payouts * Pre-commissions paid out at certain milestones so you have money coming in throughout the sales process. * Performance-based bonuses and incentives * $1,500.00 monthly bonus program (applicable for first 90 days) * Referral bonuses * Recession-resistant industry = year-round opportunity * Opportunity to advance into leadership roles as you grow Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Compensation Package: * 1099 contract * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Performance bonus * Uncapped commission Schedule * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Application Question(s): * Do you have you own vehicle to get to and from our client's houses?
