New Construction Real Estate Specialist | KW El Paso/Las Cruces Keller Williams El Paso/Las Cruces is hiring New Construction Specialists to work directly with home builders developers and buyers across the El Paso and Las Cruces markets. This role is ideal for licensed real estate professionals who enjoy new home sales community development and guiding clients through the build process from contract to completion. New construction continues to be one of the fastest growing segments in this region and this position places you at the center of that demand. What You Will Do * Build and maintain strong relationships with residential builders and developers * Guide buyers through the new construction process including design selections and timelines * Educate clients on construction phases warranties upgrades and delivery schedules * Negotiate builder contracts and terms on behalf of buyers * Manage multiple clients projects and timelines with clear communication Tools Training and Support * Access to new construction opportunities * Marketing resources to showcase new homes and communities * CRM and technology tools for lead follow up and pipeline tracking * A culture focused on mentorship accountability and agent growth Ideal Candidate Profile * Active real estate license in Texas or New Mexico * Knowledge of new construction or strong interest in builder sales preferred * Excellent communication organization and client service skills * Ability to manage multiple buyers timelines and priorities * Professional mindset with attention to detail Why KW El Paso Las Cruces KW El Paso/Las Cruces provides agents with local market insight builder relationships and proven systems to succeed in new construction real estate.
