Top Labels is a fast-growing industrial label manufacturer based in El Paso, Texas, serving automotive, industrial, medical, and consumer-product companies on both sides of the U.S.-Mexico border. We specialize in high-performance, custom label solutions and are actively expanding our market presence throughout the region. We are seeking a Industrial Sales Representative who is self-motivated, results-driven, and hungry to build a high-income sales career by developing new business across both U.S. and Mexican manufacturing markets. Responsibilities * Prospect and develop new accounts within manufacturing, automotive, industrial, medical, and B2B sectors. * Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with buyers, engineers, and suppliers * Present custom label solutions (flexographic, thermal transfer, specialty materials) * Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM records * Manage accounts from quote through production and delivery * Collaborate with internal production and customer service teams * Perform territory travel across El Paso, Texas, and Northern Mexico where needed Qualifications * Fluent in English and Spanish (required) * Proven track record in B2B or industrial sales preferred * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Self-starter mentality with excellent follow-up discipline * Comfortable cold calling, networking, and on-site prospecting * Organized, professional, and reliable * Ability to travel locally and cross-border as required * Manufacturing, printing, packaging, or industrial supply experience is a plus Compensation * High-earning commission structure with uncapped income potential * Performance bonuses * Base draw available for the right candidate * Long-term growth opportunity within a rapidly expanding company Top performers can build six-figure income potential as the territory scales.
