A leading real estate investment firm is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join its Acquisitions team in West Palm Beach, FL. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys sales, is comfortable on the phone, and wants to break into commercial real estate. The firm manages $6B+ in assets, acquires $500M+ annually, and owns 5,000+ properties nationwide. It is backed by a larger parent company with $90B+ in assets. The team focuses on acquiring ground leases for existing telecom infrastructure, including cell towers, cell sites, and billboards. *What You 'll Do: This is a sales-focused, phone-heavy role where you'll help source new acquisition opportunities. * Make 75-100 outbound calls per day to property owners * Build rapport and identify potential sellers * Qualify leads by gathering basic property and ownership information * Schedule meetings for the Acquisitions team * Track calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in a CRM * Work closely with the Acquisitions team to support active deals Who This Role Is For: * Someone with cold calling, inside sales, or outbound phone experience * A self-starter who's comfortable speaking with people throughout the day * Someone interested in commercial real estate and acquisitions, even if new to the industry * An early-career professional looking for a clear growth path This role is designed to grow into a Junior Acquisitions Associate position and, over time, a VP of Acquisitions role.
