Pre-Sale Mobile Homes Specialist Kaliber Management Full-time | On-site About the Role: Kaliber Management is looking for a driven and customer-focused Pre-Sale Mobile Homes Specialist to support sales across our current communities and new developing parks. This role focuses on promoting homes, guiding buyers through the pre-sale process, and helping them customize their home before placement. Strong marketing and lead-generation skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: * Pre-sell and promote mobile homes for placement in existing and upcoming communities. * Market homes through social media, online platforms, outreach, and other creative strategies. * Find and engage potential buyers using strong marketing and networking abilities. * Meet with prospects to understand needs and present floorplans, customization options, and pricing. * Coordinate with setup and community teams regarding placement and timelines. * Prepare quotes, assist with contracts, and maintain accurate CRM records. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the pre-sale process. Qualifications: * Experience in sales, marketing, real estate, or manufactured homes preferred. * Strong marketing, communication, and customer-service skills required. * Highly organized and self-motivated. * Ability to work independently and travel between communities as needed.
