Responsibilities * Generate external and internal traffic by engaging potential members through marketing outreach. * Conduct dynamic club tours that highlight our equipment, classes, and amenities--tailoring each tour to the guest's fitness goals. * Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails to convert prospects into active members. * Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals by presenting membership options and closing deals with confidence. * Promote add-on services like personal training, family add-ons, and premium access to maximize sales opportunities. * Handle contracts and payments accurately while maintaining a professional and transparent sales process. * Build strong relationships with members by providing ongoing support, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction after the sale. * Participate in community outreach and in-club marketing events to generate new leads and drive traffic. * Collaborate with the management team to execute promotions, track performance, and share best sales practices. * Maintain a positive, energetic environment that reflects the LA Fitness brand and inspires members to join. Requirements * Proven experience in sales or customer service (fitness or retail sales preferred). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a goal-oriented, persuasive attitude. * Ability to sell confidently in person and over the phone with consistent follow-up. * Self-motivated and competitive with a passion for hitting targets and closing sales daily. * Comfortable using computer systems for contracts, payments, and member management. * Reliable, organized, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. * Enthusiastic about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
