Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in data entry, and have experience in call center environments. Multilingual abilities and bilingual proficiency in English and other languages are highly valued to effectively serve our diverse customer base. Responsibilities * Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing excellent phone etiquette * Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product or service information * Provide accurate data entry and maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office and other relevant software * Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and promoting appropriate products or services * Manage cash handling transactions when necessary with accuracy and integrity * Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily * Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and client satisfaction levels * Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement Requirements * Proven experience in customer support, call center operations, or client services preferred * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette * Ability to work efficiently with Microsoft Office applications and demonstrate good computer skills including typing speed and data entry accuracy * Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, especially in English combined with other languages * Experience in sales or outbound calling is desirable but not mandatory * Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and resolve issues effectively * Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required * Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Parental leave * Professional development assistance * Referral program * Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bensenville, IL 60106
