Full description of the position

Position Summary (Car Dealership Experience is a Plus) The Brand Ambassador Manager is responsible for ensuring World Hyundai Matteson achieves 100% qualification across all three pillars of the Hyundai Brand Ambassador Program every quarter. This role serves as the single point of accountability for program compliance, cross-departmental coordination, and OEM relationship management. The Core Mission "Your job is to make sure we collect $500 on every unit we wholesale. Every week, you tell me exactly where we stand on every metric. If something is trending wrong, you flag it before it becomes a problem. You own the scorecard, the documentation, and the OEM relationship for this program." Reports To GM / General Manager Primary KPI 100% qualification across Sales Pillar, After Sales Pillar, and Brand Representation Pillar every quarter, resulting in full $500/unit earnings. Program Earnings Structure Pillar Per Unit Annual (2,000 units) Sales Pillar (Quarterly) $100 $200,000 After Sales Pillar (Quarterly) $100 $200,000 Brand Representation (Monthly) $300 $600,000 TOTAL POTENTIAL $500 $1,000,000+ Core Responsibilities Program Ownership & Tracking * Maintain master scorecard tracking all program metrics against targets in real-time * Conduct weekly status reviews and flag any metric trending below target * Prepare monthly and quarterly program status reports for ownership * Own all program documentation, submissions, and deadline management Cross-Departmental Coordination * Coordinate with Sales Manager on training completion and delivery effectiveness * Coordinate with Service Manager on technician certifications, rental utilization, and retention * Coordinate with BDC on post-purchase contact compliance * Coordinate with Used Car Manager on HCUV objectives * Ensure facility maintains inspection-ready cleanliness and organization standards Training & Certification Management * Track all sales and service training completion percentages weekly * Ensure new hires are immediately enrolled in required training programs * Monitor Dealer Diagnostic Certification status for all technicians * Provide 30-day advance warning on expiring certifications OEM Relationship Management * Serve as primary contact for District Manager on Brand Ambassador matters * Stay current on program rule changes and communicate impacts to leadership * Manage any disputes or appeals related to program qualification * Attend OEM webinars and training sessions related to the program Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Opportunities for advancement * Paid time off * Paid training Work Location: In person
