You will assist with product demonstrations, manage inventory, and contribute to the overall success of our retail operations. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their shopping needs * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions * Handle cash and perform cash handling duties accurately * Maintain knowledge of products to effectively upsell and provide product demos * Assist in merchandising and stocking shelves to ensure an appealing store layout * Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support * Address customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette * Utilize basic math skills for transactions and retail math calculations * Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively * Experience with cashiering and cash handling procedures * Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing * Ability to perform merchandising tasks and maintain organized stock levels * Supervising experience is a plus, particularly in a retail setting * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, enhancing communication with diverse customers * A proactive attitude towards upselling products and enhancing the shopping experience Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate where your contributions will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our customers!
