Full description of the position

The right candidate will be self motivated and prepared to earn their real estate license. Be prepared to assist with the following tasks. Willing to train the right candidate to become top producing agent in the future! * Calendar management : Schedule appointments, meetings, and even closings. * Email oversight : Respond to routine inquiries, forward important emails, and manage email lists. * Document tracking : Organize and file important documents, contracts, and paperwork. * Sales monitoring : Assist in managing paperwork, deadlines, and communication between parties involved in all your transactions. * Data entry : Input property information, client data, and transaction details into the CRM. * Expense reports : Track and submit expense reports for reimbursement. * Phone calls : Answer and screen calls, take messages, and return calls. * Client communication : Maintain contact with clients, providing updates and addressing questions and concerns. * Social media responses : Post content, engage with followers and monitor your social media platforms. * Newsletter creation : Help develop and distribute newsletters to clients and prospects. * Ongoing client relationship management : Maintain client records, send birthday cards, holiday greetings, etc. * Email campaigns : Assist in creating and sending email marketing campaigns. * Property marketing : Create and distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, etc.). * Listing coordination : Prepare property listings for the MLS, online platforms, and print media. * Secure the photography : Schedule and coordinate property photography. * Virtual tour creation : Arrange for virtual tours of all of your properties. * Social media advertising : Assist in creating content for your social media ad campaigns. * Market research : Collect data on local market trends and engage in competitor analysis. * Open house promotion : Schedule, advertise, and promote your open houses. * Process tracking : Follow up with all parties and track steps. * Compliance assurance : Perform quality assurance steps and document review. * Task distribution : Assign tasks to vendors on an as-needed basis. * Inspection scheduling : Schedule the home inspection and share the report. * Communication updates : Send weekly emails to all transaction participants. * Answer client questions : Responding to buyer and seller inquiries. * Lender check-ins : Staying in regular contact with the mortgage lender. * Securing title work : Kick-off the title exam and other title work. * Ongoing follow-up : Report on process updates and completed tasks. * Property showings : Help schedule and collect feedback on property showings. * Updating MLS listings : Making necessary changes to listing information. * Client appreciation : Purchase closing gifts and manage other customer appreciation efforts.
