Salary Range: $20,800.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Work from Home Flexible Schedule Life Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Must be P&C Licensed or agree to become licensed within 60 days. Russian speaking is a bonus, but not required. Proven administrative or customer service experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively,. A positive and proactive attitude. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Manage and maintain client accounts with precision and care. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and helpful responses. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the agency. Process policy changes and endorsements accurately. Assist with the preparation of client proposals and presentations. Maintain organized and up-to-date client records and files. Support the agency with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Work closely with IT and Underwriting to assure client needs are met.
