Responsibilities: * Present and sell auto, home, renters, GL and commercial insurance policies to new and existing clients. * Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs. * Resolve client inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous way. * Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics. * Market with local complimentary businesses to build relationships that help the company grow.
