Compensation & Bonus Structure * Starting pay: $18/hour * Performance-based bonus opportunities * Average high-performing canvassers earn an additional $1,500 -$3,000 per month in bonuses * Top performers can exceed $4,000 per month in bonuses * Performance is recognized, rewarded, and creates opportunities for advancement Duties & Responsibilities * Conduct door-to-door canvassing to introduce and promote our products or services to residential neighborhoods and select businesses * Engage potential customers through effective communication, clearly highlighting the benefits of our offerings * Build rapport with prospects, answer questions, and address concerns in a professional manner * Collect contact information and schedule follow-up appointments or demonstrations as needed * Maintain accurate records of interactions and outreach activities using provided tools or software * Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach goals * Assist with promotional events or special campaigns when required * Uphold company branding standards and adhere to all safety protocols during canvassing activities * Work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods Qualifications * Previous experience in canvassing, sales, marketing, customer service, telemarketing, fundraising, or similar roles is a plus * Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and handle objections professionally * Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently during door-to-door outreach * Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, confident, and professional demeanor * Ability to handle rejection gracefully and remain motivated in a goal-driven environment * Valid driver's license may be required for certain territories or outreach assignments * Prior canvassing or sales experience is beneficial but not required -- training will be provided for qualified candidates What We Offer * Competitive hourly pay plus uncapped bonus potential * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Paid holidays * Training and ongoing coaching * A performance-driven culture with room to grow * Opportunity to grow with a company in its expansion phase What This Role Is NOT * Not a supervisor or management position * Not a desk job * Not commission-only This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated, resilient, and eager to earn more through consistent performance while building valuable skills.
