About Flooring Perfections Flooring Perfections is a Texas-based commercial flooring contractor with nearly 40 years of industry experience , founded in the 1980s. We specialize in full-service commercial flooring solutions including carpet tile, LVT/LVP, VCT, wood, ceramic & porcelain tile, wall tile, and epoxy flooring systems. Our long-standing relationships with general contractors and property owners are built on reliability, craftsmanship, and performance. Position Overview We are looking for a self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial flooring division. This role is 100% commission-based and ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, jobsite visits, and chasing opportunity. This is not a retail sales role -- this is true B2B commercial construction sales. What You'll Be Doing * Prospect and develop relationships with: * General Contractors * Property Managers * Developers * Facility Managers * Call on active construction projects and remodels * Attend jobsite walks and pre-bid meetings * Work directly with our estimating and operations teams * Follow up on bids and maintain long-term client relationships * Represent Flooring Perfections professionally in the field What We're Looking For * Experience in commercial flooring, construction sales, or building materials strongly preferred * Strong communication and follow-up skills * Self-driven and organized * Comfortable working independently * Willing to travel within the region * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Desire to build a long-term career , not just a short-term sales job Compensation (Commission Only - High Earning Potential) * Commission based on gross profit of closed jobs * Typical commission range: 8% -15% of gross profit * No cap on earnings * Uncapped growth as repeat customers build (Detailed compensation plan provided during interview.)
