Responsibilities: * Establish recommended sales and profit objectives * Oversee the Sales Departments with Exceptional CSI/SSI * Interact with Customers and be a hands on Servanthood Leader * Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively * Know and understand the federal, state and local laws which govern retail auto sales * Interact with all Departments to realize customer satisfaction goals * Recruit, hire, manage, and monitor the performance of all vehicle employees * Supervise the efforts of staff to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership * Monitor and analyze staffs performances * Assist staff with helping clients * Communicate with staff to ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed * Maintain a timely owner follow-up system via the CRM PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE GENERAL MANAGER EXPERIENCE WITH FORD OR CHEVY IS REQUIRED!
