Job Overview This is a foundational role for someone who is comfortable visiting local stores, running in-person demos, and following up by phone. Compensation * $1,500/month base * Commission on every retailer signed * Performance bonuses * Weekly commission payouts * no commission ceiling. Realistic earnings: $4,000 -$6,000+/month for consistent performers. Responsibilities * Visit local retailers in person * Demonstrate Dash Shop's platform and value * Make outbound sales calls * Close monthly and annual subscriptions * Log all activity in CRM * Represent the Dash Shop brand professionally Role 2: Phone Sales Representative (Commission-Only) Remote / Phone-Based This role is focused on calling leads and closing subscriptions. No base pay--commission only.
