Title: Business Development & Sales Representative - Automotive Collision & PPF Pay: $20-$25/hr. + Tiered Commission + Bonuses Location: Sacramento, CA About Us: Body Worx Collision is a full-service, I-CAR Gold Certified auto body and paint protection facility. We handle collision repair, PPF (paint protection film), and ceramic coating. We're expanding fast and need a driven person to help bring in new business and partnerships. Role Summary: Your mission is to grow our customer base through local outreach, partnerships, and digital engagement. You'll connect with dealerships, insurance agents, detail shops, and walk-in customers--finding every way possible to bring vehicles through our doors. Responsibilities: * Generate new leads through calls, walk-ins, and community networking * Visit dealerships and local businesses to offer partnership opportunities * Manage and post updates to our Google Business and social pages * Track leads, follow up with prospects, and close new jobs * Help design promotional events and referral programs Compensation: * $20-$25/hr base pay Commission: * $50 for jobs under $500 * $100 for $500-$999 * $200 for $1,000+ * Monthly bonus for hitting growth goals (e.g., $500 for $25k+ new business) * Opportunities for advancement to Sales Manager after 90 days of consistent results Ideal Candidate: * Self-motivated and outgoing * Strong communication skills * Prior experience in automotive, detailing, or sales preferred * Reliable transportation and valid license Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: On the road
