Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Commercial Lines - Account Manager to join our team at Morris Insurance Agency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. The successful candidate will be proficient in data entry and have a keen ability to analyze customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to contact for your assigned commercial clients--handling policy updates, renewals, quoting, payments, and documentation.
• Answer client questions, support claims, and resolve service issues with speed and accuracy.
• Partner with producers to onboard new clients: assess needs, gather data, present quotes, and secure coverage.
• Schedule and support account reviews to ensure clients have the right protection for their evolving needs.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms, process changes, and correct discrepancies.
• Keep thorough records of client communications and activity in our agency management system.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service operations.
• Utilize office software and tools to manage customer interactions efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial Lines account manager is preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our service reach to diverse customers.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism. Experience
• Commercial Lines: 1 year (Required) License/Certification
