Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Commercial Lines - Account Manager to join our team at Morris Insurance Agency. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. The successful candidate will be proficient in data entry and have a keen ability to analyze customer needs effectively. Responsibilities * Serve as the go-to contact for your assigned commercial clients--handling policy updates, renewals, quoting, payments, and documentation. * Answer client questions, support claims, and resolve service issues with speed and accuracy. * Partner with producers to onboard new clients: assess needs, gather data, present quotes, and secure coverage. * Schedule and support account reviews to ensure clients have the right protection for their evolving needs. * Coordinate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms, process changes, and correct discrepancies. * Keep thorough records of client communications and activity in our agency management system. * Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service operations. * Utilize office software and tools to manage customer interactions efficiently. Requirements * Previous experience in commercial Lines account manager is preferred. * Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. * Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our service reach to diverse customers. * Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
