G&H Wireless LLC a Boost Mobile Authorized Retailer, is currently looking for a Retail Mobile Sales Associate who is a passionate, energetic individual who builds excitement around products and services in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. On a typical day your focus will be on focusing on assisting guests selecting devices, plans, accessories, and services. You'll engage customers through calls and online platforms to drive traffic, complete training to stay updated on products and industry trends, and use these tools to grow as a successful salesperson. Retail Mobile Sales Associate Responsibilities: * Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day. * Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process * Informing our customers on all Boost Mobile products and service we offer * Operate all relevant aspects of the sales systems * Sell prepaid and postpaid wireless phones, service plans and accessories in a fast-paced environment * Be aware and proactive of learning new promos, price changes, policy updates and upsell when possible. * Ensure the store is clean and presentable. * Participate in outside sales events or promotions * Help in other tasks, duties, or project assigned by management. * Work flexible hours, weekends and holidays at various locations What You'll Need: * Must be at least 18 years old * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. * Basic knowledge of mobile phones and computers. * Bilingual in Spanish is preferred Compensation: $10 per hour. The base pay doesn't factor in an aggressive commission program when goals are met. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depended on the candidate's skills and experience.
