About the Role We are a Chicago-based real estate company selling homes through contract- for-deed financing. This is a buyer-side sales role , not acquisitions. We provide all leads and active inventory. Your job is to guide buyers through the process, set clear expectations, and close contracts. Important: Our properties are distressed and require repairs. This role requires honesty, maturity, and the ability to clearly explain what buyers are purchasing. Compensation This is a commission-based role with a guaranteed draw. * $1,000/month guaranteed draw ($12,000/year) * $3,000 commission per property sold * Average sales: 3 properties per month * Realistic annual earnings: $90,000 -$120,000 * High performers earn $150,000+ with higher volume * Uncapped commissions * All leads and inventory provided What You 'll Do * Speak with inbound buyer leads (no cold calling) * Explain contract-for-deed terms clearly and ethically * Set accurate expectations about property condition and needed repairs * Match buyers to available properties * Confirm buyer readiness (down payment + valid ID) * Follow up consistently until contracts are signed * Maintain notes and activity in CRM No credit checks. No income verification. No lead generation required.
