Are you looking for a great place to work? We are seeking a skilled Inside Sales/ Customer Service Professional to join our team. The duties and responsibilities vary greatly each day of the week. This position would be a perfect fit for someone who is a quick learner, adaptable and curious. Job Duties: * Customer service duties (answering phones, responding to emails, booking ads, resolving customer issues, & taking payments). * Solicit & service commercial classified picture & line accounts by telephone, email, text etc. (such as Realtors or the Services industry, etc.). * Generate leads from new sources, & contact for advertising. * Prepare professional proposals & sales campaigns promptly. * Create advertising plans for seasonal customers * Sell advertising into all 4 editions of The Exchange. * Help the front office staff with incoming calls & walk-in customers. * Track weekly sales and continue to maintain and increase revenues. Experience/Skills: * College degree in business or related field preferred. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Understanding of sales process and dynamics. * Adaptability to an ever changing environment & be able to multi-task. Pay/Benefits Hourly pay plus commission. Medical available after 3 months full time. Simple IRA plan after 1 year.
