Requirements: * 1+ years of experience in an SDR or BDR role selling a SaaS * Proven ability to create a qualified sales pipeline * Prior experience with HubSpot is beneficial * Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Experience selling to Call Center/Customer Experience is an advantage Responsibilities: * Manage, engage, and qualify leads to build a pipeline of prospective clients for our Account Executives * Research and engage with leads using cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, events and other advanced tools * Work closely with the global sales and marketing teams to track lead performance and analysis of campaigns and approaches which are most successful * Help create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory (USA) * Follow the KMS Lighthouse sales process to manage a high-activity pipeline of leads * Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts * Partner with Account Executives to coordinate discovery calls and demos with qualified leads Benefits: * Medical, Vision, Dental * 401K + 401k Match * 11 Paid Holidays * PTO & Sick Days
