Overview We are seeking a bilingual (English+Spanish), very aggressive, motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to enhance the shopping experience. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, and contribute to the overall success of our store through effective sales techniques. Duties * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. * Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos. * Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately. * Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring products are well-displayed and readily available. * Assist customers with inquiries, providing solutions and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience. * Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations. * Promote sales by understanding customer needs and suggesting appropriate products. * Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization within the store environment. Qualifications * Must be a very extroverted person * Spanish and English Bilingual must be required * Previous wireless experience in retail or customer service is required. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for shoppers. * Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions accurately. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members. * Experience with product demonstrations is a plus. * Strong phone etiquette for handling inquiries or calls from customers when necessary. * A proactive approach to selling and assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
