Description The Retail Sales Associate at Fascinations is an integral part of our store's success, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a team member in the sensual health and wellness retail space, you will engage with customers, educate them on our products, and contribute to a fun, professional, and thriving store environment. This role emphasizes learning, growth, and connecting with frequent shoppers to build lasting rapport. Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service, including product education and personalized shopping experiences. * Collaborate with the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Key Holders to meet and exceed sales goals. * Maintain store standards by following loss prevention guidelines and time-management best practices. * Assist in achieving a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment. * Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, based on business needs. Skills & Qualifications * Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop rapport with customers and team members. * Proficiency in time management to efficiently handle responsibilities and customer interactions. * Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for 8+ hours during shifts. * Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
