We are a dynamic media company specializing in trade and industry news, delivering high-quality promotional content to businesses across the fresh produce and specialty foods sectors. We're seeking a highly detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team and support our online sales efforts with a hybrid combination of both remote and in-office work. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and update client information in our CRM system (experience with tools like Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar is a plus) * Assist with lead follow-up, scheduling virtual meetings, and preparing promotional materials * Support client relationships through clear, responsive communication via email, phone, and video calls * Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and organizing sales documentation with precision Ideal Candidate: * Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and organization * Comfortable navigating digital tools and technology-forward platforms--or is a quick study! * Strong interpersonal skills and a supportive approach to building client connections * Familiarity with CRM software; eager to learn and adapt to new systems * Self-motivated with excellent time management for remote work If you're enthusiastic, attentive to details, and ready to contribute to a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you!
