If you are coachable, hungry, and ready to out-earn your peers, we want you. The Role: Your All-in-One Sales & Service Mission You will be the "unfair advantage" for our dealership partners. Your day-to- day involves three high-impact areas: * Equity Mining (The Goldmine): You will proactively reach out to past customers to show them why upgrading their current vehicle is a smart financial move. You aren't just making calls; you're creating deals. * Sales BDC: You will handle inbound calls and internet leads from customers inquiring about a vehicle to set confirmed appointments that show up and buy. * Service BDC: You will manage inbound service calls and make outbound reminders to keep the service bays full. Schedule Requirements Our commitment to our partners requires a flexible and dedicated team. * Two Main Shifts: Morning (8:00 am - 4:30 pm) and Afternoon (12:00 pm - 8:30 pm). * Availability: Every representative must be able to work two afternoon shifts per week and every other weekend. Qualifications * Coachable: Willingness to learn, adapt, and follow a proven sales process. * Resilient: High energy level and comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls. * Local: Ability to commute to our Des Plaines, IL office daily. * Education: High school diploma or GED required.
