Your Role: As a Sales Representative at Ver-tech Labs, you'll be more than just a salesperson--you'll be the face of our company for our customers, building strong relationships and driving growth in the chemical industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on independence, integrity, and creating meaningful connections. What You 'll Do: * Build and maintain customer relationships while resolving issues with professionalism and care. * Actively pursue new chemical accounts and seek out growth opportunities. * Provide technical feedback and insights about chemical performance to the technical team. * Work independently, managing your responsibilities while balancing priorities. * Travel extensively (up to 50,000 miles per year, depending on location) to meet customers' needs. * Participate in training and professional development, including field shadowing and periodic visits to headquarters in Rockford Minnesota * Maintain accurate records and account notes in Salesforce. * Embrace a collaborative and coachable attitude while actively seeking guidance and asking questions to grow in the role. What We 're Looking For: * Experience in the carwash industry (required). * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills * Exceptional communication and customer service abilities. * Entrepreneurial mindset, self-sufficiency, and the desire to grow with us * A coachable, proactive attitude and the willingness to ask questions to continually improve. * Computer literacy including familiarity with Salesforce. * Successful completion of a background check.
