Position Summary: Collaborate with the Outside Sales Manager to establish and achieve strategic goals for new account acquisition and customer retention. This role involves regular travel throughout the Intermountain West region, typically 2-4 days per week with overnight stays. Key Responsibilities: * Visit prospective and existing customers to promote and sell wholesale auto parts. * Facilitate the processing of returns and effectively resolve customer concerns or issues. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth. * Identify new business opportunities and contribute to territory growth plans. * Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence. Requirements: * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling. * Willingness and availability to travel 2-4 days per week with overnight stays. * Previous outside sales experience in the automotive industry is preferred, but not required. Equivalent sales or customer service experience may be considered based on qualifications and interview performance.
