We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. * Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. * Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. * Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions. * Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs. * Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
