About the Role The Client Manager plays a critical role in supporting the sales team to achieve growth and profit goals. This is done by providing exceptional service and fostering positive business relationships with retailers, carriers, and co-workers. What You 'll Do * Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent service. * Work independently with the most complex clients and accounts. * Prepare new and renewal account information, thoroughly documenting systems to assist the Sales team in making informed business decisions. * Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, including binding coverage requests and collecting supporting documents from retail agents and clients. * Submit applications to selected carriers based on underwriting guidelines. * Follow up with retail agents as needed to ensure accounts are fully bound and completed. * Review policies, endorsements, and other account activities for accuracy. * Mentor and guide less experienced client/account representatives to help develop their skills and knowledge. * Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations and guidelines. * Continuously develop industry knowledge through education, self-study, and attending seminars. * Perform other duties and projects as assigned. What You Bring * Bachelor's degree in Business, with two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Industry certifications or designations are highly preferred. * Experience in insurance and/or banking is preferred.
