Salary Range: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Work from Home Paid Time Off (PTO) Career Growth Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Life Insurance Requirements Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in New Mexico OR ANY STATE. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in P&C insurance sales. Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and driving revenue growth. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. A proactive and goal-oriented mindset. Responsibilities Self leads generation. Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable P&C products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Effectively present and explain insurance policy features, benefits, and coverage options. Process new business applications accurately and efficiently.
