Job Summary We are expanding -- and we are only looking for the best. Our firm is entering a major growth phase and we're hiring experienced Inside Sales Settlement Officers who have a proven track record in tax relief. This role is not for entry-level reps or career switchers. We want seasoned professionals who know the process, can handle high-stakes conversations, and consistently close. Duties * Manage the full cycle of inside sales activities, including outreach, negotiation, and closing deals with business clients. * Conduct outbound/ Inbound warm calling campaigns to nurture leads, identify new opportunities, and expand existing accounts. * Utilize CRM software such as Logics and Ytel to track customer interactions, update records, and analyze sales data for strategic decision-making. * Engage in B2C or B2C sales negotiations with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions that meet their requirements. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining strong client relationships. * Support marketing efforts through targeted telemarketing campaigns and follow-up communications to maximize sales potential. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate settlement of transactions and compliance with company policies. Qualifications * Minimum 1+ year experience working as a Settlement Officer at a tax relief firm * Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage a full settlement pipeline * Must be able to provide verifiable production numbers, sales receipts, or performance metrics * Strong understanding of IRS resolution options, transcripts, compliance, and client handling * Professional phone presence and confidence in high-dollar conversations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid training Work Location: In person
