The Opportunity The Team Leader is responsible for driving: * Agent growth & recruiting * Agent productivity & profitability * Coaching, leadership, and culture You will partner closely with the Operating Partner to set the strategic vision of the brokerage and lead initiatives that accelerate growth, retention, and production. The Ideal Candidate You are: * A confident and inspiring leader who motivates others toward growth * A natural connector who thrives on relationships and coaching conversations * A business-minded consultant with strong sales and leadership experience * Skilled in agent recruitment, retention, and productivity development * Fluent in leveraging technology and social media in today's real estate landscape * Passionate about culture, collaboration, and performance A proven track record of success in real estate sales, leadership, or brokerage growth is strongly preferred.
