Clinical Sales Specialist - Transplant *Location: Midwest & West *Field-based, regional travel. Ideally located near a major airport. EPM Scientific is partnered with a leading innovator in organ preservation technology that is expanding their Clinical Sales Specialist team. This organization partners closely with transplant programs and OPOs nationwide to improve organ quality, streamline recoveries, and help bring more lifesaving organs to more patients. __ If you have OPO experience and want to blend handson clinical support with customer-facing impact, this role puts you at the center of donation and transplantation - where your expertise directly influences outcomes. Responsibilities: * Provide on-site and remote clinical support during donor recoveries * Deliver training, education, and product in-services for OPO and transplant center staff * Support product adoption, utilization growth, and territory expansion * Build strong customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact in the field * Identify new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts * Represent advanced preservation technology and bestpractice guidance Qualifications: * Experience working with or within an OPO * Strong understanding of donor recovery and organ preservation workflows * Confident in fastpaced clinical environments * Excellent communication and customerfacing skills * Comfortable with regional travel and nontraditional hours * Missiondriven mindset focused on improving transplant outcomes Applicants who do not meet the above requirements will not be considered for this role.
