This Role Is For You If You * Are a proactive connector who thrives on finding and developing new business opportunities. * Have the charisma to engage clients and the integrity to build long-term trust. * Are obsessed with outreach, networking, and creating genuine relationships that lead to results. * Know how to collaborate and hand off leads like a pro, because team success matters more than solo credit. * Bring energy, resilience, organization, and a relentless drive to grow. * Knowledge of the plumbing, design, or construction industry is a huge advantage, but not mandatory. If you have the drive and professionalism, we'll teach you the rest. * Spanish fluency? A huge plus. Swagger? Mandatory. What You 'll Be Doing * Expanding Chariot's presence by connecting with new and existing luxury clients. * Building relationships with key decision-makers in high-end building and design. * Generating qualified opportunities and feeding them to the Design Sales team for closing. * Representing Chariot with professional polish and genuine charm at events, meetings, and site visits. * Partnering closely with leadership and the Design team to drive company-wide growth.
