Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Logistics Sales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities by promoting our comprehensive 3PL services to manufacturers, importers, and distributors. This position requires a deep understanding of logistics operations, strong communication skills, and a passion for building client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new 3PL business opportunities in Southern California and beyond. Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calls, networking, industry events, and referrals. Present tailored 3PL solutions to prospective clients, including warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, and inventory management. Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction. Maintain and update CRM system with customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline status. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and service agreements. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Requirements: Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or 3PL sales (preferred). Strong knowledge of supply chain solutions, warehousing, and distribution services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation : Base salary + commission (commensurate with experience).
