We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Sewer Diagnostic Technician to join our team. This role involves cleaning, diagnosing, and providing repair solutions using advanced tools and techniques. The ideal candidate will have experience with sewer rodding, camera inspections, and the ability to communicate repair solutions to customers in a professional and ethical manner. Key Responsibilities: * Sewer Maintenance & Cleaning * Operate sewer rodding equipment to clear blockages and restore proper flow. * Perform routine and emergency drain cleaning services. * Inspection & Diagnostics * Utilize sewer cameras to inspect pipelines and identify issues such as cracks, root intrusion, or blockages. * Document findings and provide accurate reports to customers and management. * Sales & Customer Service * Explain inspection results and recommend appropriate repair solutions. * Prepare and present repair estimates to customers. * Promote company services while maintaining integrity and trust. * Safety & Compliance * Follow all safety protocols and local regulations. * Maintain tools and equipment in good working conditions. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred. * Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sewer/drain cleaning or plumbing. * Proficiency with sewer rodding machines and camera inspection systems. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and in a team environment. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift Heavy Equipment * Comfortable working in confined spaces and outdoor environments. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
