Job Summary : Sales & Customer Engagement * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects. * Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate truck/trailer solutions. * Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-in values. * Set and manage weekly appointments with potential and existing clients. * Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Appraisals & Inventory Management * Perform accurate appraisals of used trucks and trailers. * Utilize the inventory management system to maintain proper inventory controls. * Ensure inventory records are current and accurate. * Conduct weekly lot checks to verify inventory condition and placement. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Upsell products and services to enhance customer value and drive additional revenue.
