Sales Representative (Construction / General Contracting Experience Required)

Compensation

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in general contracting and construction. This role is ideal for someone who understands the construction process, can confidently communicate with homeowners and project managers, and is driven by commission- based earnings. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, providing project estimates, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within residential and/or commercial construction markets
• Meet with prospective clients to assess project needs and provide accurate estimates
• Maintain a deep understanding of company services, construction processes, and project timelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients during the sales cycle
• Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and close deals
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff
• Track all sales activities and maintain updated records

Requirements

• Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in general contracting or the construction industry (required)
• Proven sales experience in construction, home improvement, or similar fields
• Strong knowledge of building processes, materials, and industry terminology
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical details to customers
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and safely navigate active job sites as needed

Compensation
