What You 'll Do * Build relationships with new and existing customers to understand their insurance needs. * Recommend personalized auto, home, life, and business insurance solutions. * Follow up on leads, referrals, and networking opportunities to grow your client base. * Provide outstanding customer service and support. * Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals. What We 're Looking For * Strong communication and people skills. * A positive, goal-driven attitude and motivation to succeed. * Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to obtain a Colorado insurance license (we'll pay for your training). * Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
