What You 'll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing customers to understand their insurance needs.
• Recommend personalized auto, home, life, and business insurance solutions.
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and networking opportunities to grow your client base.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support.
• Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals. What We 're Looking For
• Strong communication and people skills.
• A positive, goal-driven attitude and motivation to succeed.
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to obtain a Colorado insurance license (we'll pay for your training).
