We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative and Trainer. This is an independent contractor role where you'll play a key part in attracting new business clients and mentoring our growing sales team. About the Role This is an in-the-field, business-to-business sales position. You'll work directly with business decision-makers to develop customized supplemental insurance solutions that meet their unique needs. As a Sales Representative and Trainer, you'll balance achieving personal sales goals with coaching and developing others to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Development * Drive new business growth by promoting supplemental insurance solutions directly in the field, going business to business. * Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention. * Consistently meet sales goals by identifying opportunities, addressing client needs, and maintaining ethical sales practices. * Training and Mentorship * Provide hands-on training and coaching to new sales representatives to help them succeed. * Lead by example to inspire, motivate, and cultivate a high-performance culture. * Conduct workshops and individual training sessions to foster professional growth and team success.
