Full description of the position

Responsibilities & Duties: * Greet and meet potential homebuyers in model homes, online and/or phone inquiries. * Conduct tours of model homes, showing potential buyers the features and benefitsof the properties. * Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs. * Market the community and company by participation in local events and brokerage visits. * Assist buyers through every stage of the home buying process, from initial interest to contract signing. * Present and discuss pricing, financing options, and terms of sale. * Stay up to date on current housing market trends and competitors offerings. * Provide accurate information on the local area, schools, ameneties, etc. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including lead tracking, client communication, and contracts. * Conducting daily subdivision inspections: Community Apperance, Sigage, Inspectinventory under construction and move-in ready homes. * Complete final walk-through orientation and delivery to sales on unsold homes. Requirements: * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Sales experience, preferably in real estate or home sales. * Knowledge of real estate trends, and mortgage options prefered. * Ability to work independently and as a team to meet sales targets. * Availability to work evenings, weekends and some Holidays * Bilingual: English and Spanish preferred.
