What You'll Do

• Run inbound, in-home appointments with homeowners interested in insulation
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and local marketing
• Conduct home assessments to identify energy-saving opportunities
• Present solutions, handle objections, and close sales
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and customers
• Track activity and results in our CRM to stay on target
• Keep up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors What We 're Looking For
• Sales experience (home services, construction, or insulation = major bonus)
• Strong communicator who can make complex stuff sound simple
• Self-starter who's not afraid of rejection or hard work
