Benefits Consultant (Training Provided) Horizon Benefits Consulting LLC is expanding and seeking motivated, professional individuals to join our team as Benefits Consultants. This is a contract, commission-based role designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in benefits consulting with structured training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities. This position is ideal for candidates transitioning from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles who want a professional path with income growth tied directly to performance.
