This is a contract, commission-based role designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in benefits consulting with structured training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities. This position is ideal for candidates transitioning from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles who want a professional path with income growth tied directly to performance. What You 'll Do

• Work with local businesses and individuals to help them understand and access supplemental benefits solutions
• Conduct professional, needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Guide clients through enrollment and onboarding processes
• Build long-term relationships through ethical, service-focused consulting
• Manage your schedule independently while meeting performance expectations Training & Support
• Comprehensive onboarding and product training provided
• Ongoing mentorship and field support
• Licensing guidance and professional development
• Clear performance expectations and growth path What We 're Looking For
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation

• Commission-based, 1099 contract role
• Annual earnings typically range from $35,000 -$70,000, based on performance
• Flexible schedule with full-time earning potential Important Notes

• No prior insurance experience required
