Description: About the Role We're hiring a Dealer Services Agent to own the Kansas City, MO, market. This is a home-based, remote role, but you must live in the region to support local dealership travel. You'll partner with franchise, independent, and highline/luxury dealerships to sell high-impact F&I products and drive consistent, high-volume closings. This role is perfect for automotive pros who thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments--and want uncapped earning potential. What You 'll Do * Sell F&I products to franchise, independent, and luxury/highline dealerships throughout the Detroit metro. * Build relationships with GMs, finance directors, dealer principals, and key decision-makers. * Close 10-12 deals per week through consultative selling, deal structuring, and menu presentation. * Manage the entire sales cycle--from outreach to close--while growing your dealership network. * Operate autonomously in your territory, delivering measurable growth without micromanagement. Requirements: What You Bring * 5+ years of experience in F&I, dealership sales, or automotive operations (franchise or independent). * Proven success in high-volume closings and strong PVR performance. * Deep knowledge of dealer finance structures, F&I products, and lender relationships. * Entrepreneurial mindset: self-motivated, proactive, and accountable. * Resilient, driven, and competitive--comfortable with rejection and motivated by outcomes. * Based in or near Detroit, MI., and open to regular travel within the state.
