Essential Duties

:

• Interact directly with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and questions about our client's services and sales products
• Proactively identify opportunities to drive sales, boost engagement, and help businesses succeed
• Educate customers on sales promotions, products, and brand benefits that best fit their needs, and provide support from initial contact through the final sales process.
• Learn leadership skills through hands-on training and mentorship
• Participate in daily meetings with senior Sales and Customer Service Trainee leaders to discuss sales strategies, customer service goals, and leadership development opportunities

Qualifications

For The Sales and Customer Service Trainee :

• Previous experience preferred in the customer service, marketing, and/or sales industry
• An Associate's and/ or Bachelor's degree preferred from a related field
• Excellent interpersonal skills within a team & with customers
• A desire to grow into leadership and sales management roles
• An unmatched sense of optimism and resilience
