ABC Plumbing, Sewer, Heating, Cooling & Electric is growing our residential sales team! We're looking for motivated, outgoing professionals who thrive in a performance-based environment and love selling their own work. If you're confident in your ability to build trust, present solutions, and close deals, then this role is for you! What You 'll Do * Sell residential plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work * Meeting/exceeding the highest quality standards for service * Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts * Submit orders based on price lists and product demands * Maintaining communication with the company and customers * Negotiating with clients, following up/Accountability * Resolving customer concerns through investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management * Expanding professional and technical knowledge * Engaging in continuing training, contributing to team effort by achieving personal and company goals What We're Looking For * Confident selling your own work and driving revenue * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Perform simple math calculations and understand processes and equations used to create reports * Provide five-star customer experience * Working with office and field staff to meet customer's needs * Highly organized with exceptional execution * Negotiation skills, with task-oriented mindset * Goal driven, ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively * High school diploma or equivalent * Must have a valid driver's license & clean record * Must pass drug screening & criminal background check * Proficient with technology Compensation 100% commission -- unlimited earning potential.
